...at the Heritage Museum in Steinbach. Cory's family puts on a hog butchering "show" where they cut up a hog, grind it up, make sausage, head cheese, ribs and other meat products we say in Low German but I'm unable to spell!
Man guys,...after seeing this, you guys REALLY need to come back to FL where we eat 'civilized things'.....(except grouper throats, mullet, and other like sea matter...) :)
I can't believe how popular pigs eyes are... Look at all the interest you are generating! Hasn't everyone taken biology or anatomy and dissected cows eyes - or a baby pig? Now that's cool!

Hey, I remember playing with pigs eyeballs as a child. So gross when I think about it now but somehow amusing then....yuck lol
Where's the other meat? And German stuff we all can't spell? I guess my memories of butchering are not eyeballs...

I refrained from dissection on too tender-hearted principles. The bug collection nearly did me in! That one eye looks like a baby dragon to me!
